Terms and Conditions
✨ Booking – A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Deposit goes towards your final balance.
✨ Payment – Remaining balance is due 2 days prior the booked date through bank transfer, or if paid by cash then before the henna starts. Fail to make the payments 2 days prior will result in booking cancellation and no refund will be issued.
✨ Cancellations –
If you cancel, deposit is non-refundable.
If I cancel, your deposit will be fully refunded.
✨ Rescheduling – One reschedule allowed (with 7+ days’ notice). Less than 7 days = treated as cancellation.
✨ Travel – Travel fees may apply depending on location (confirmed at booking).
✨ Booking Info Needed – Please provide:
Date & time
Service type (bridal/engagement/simple nikkah)
Design length (arms/feet)
Address
✨ Photos – I may take photos of my work for social media. Let me know if you prefer not to be photographed.
✨ Aftercare – Instructions will be provided. Best stain results depend on following them properly.
Henna cones pick up
Email or insta DM us to fix a pick up time within 14 days of order date.
Henna cones are freshly handmade & perishable, so they cannot be stored long-term or resold.
If not collected within 14 days, the order is considered abandoned and will be disposed of.
No refunds or store credit for uncollected orders.
If you still need cones later, you’re welcome to place a new order for a fresh batch.
